Hm. i don’t know if i like this one or not. It’s been a while since i’ve tried scenery. I hung out recently with a pretty awesome environmental artist, which gives me all the more reason to do scenery studies.
Enzo’s got two hometowns. One is Las Vegas. The other is Venice, Italy. He’s painfully italian, and these are his stomping grounds.
I didn’t mean to make it as purple as everything else i’ve been drawing lately (i seem to be in a Purple Mood), but i wanted it to have kind of a dusk or pre-dawn sort of feel to it. I feel like the sky is too empty, but i don’t know what to put it in. My father recommended a sky full of cats. While that could be relevant to some degree, and i would like to illustrate this at a later date, but for now, for this piece, i don’t know what to do with that expanse of white. >.<
