There is a fine dining restaurant in Washington DC called Coco Sala that specializes in creating dishes based around chocolate. After our day gazing at orchids and american indian stuff, we went to Coco Sala for a light dinner and some drinks.
This is a specialty coffee with hints of black cherry and chocolate in the grinding of the coffee. A perfect harmony: no flavor over powers the others and you never forget that it is coffee. And i’m a sucker for a french press.
